Our Story
Block 8 was born out of a practical gap we kept seeing. International buyers were able to find attractive listings, but they had a hard time figuring out which homes made sense once they factored in the legal steps, construction conditions, local services, and post-purchase preparations.
As a result, the scope of this project was deliberately limited. We focused on Portugal’s Silver Coast, on the homes we can evaluate within their local context, and on the unglamorous details that determine whether a purchase will be stress-free or costly.
This means matching buyer profiles with actual cities, guiding the purchasing process, coordinating trusted professionals, and remaining helpful after the deal is closed—when utility connections, construction work, furnishing, and preparations for renting begin.
We're not trying to be the biggest agency on the coast. The practical version is smaller, clearer, and more in tune with local realities.
